A customer Persona, also known as a Buyer Persona or Marketing Persona, is a fictitious portrayal of a certain client or audience segment. It is based on extensive study, data, and insights acquired from actual consumers or prospective purchasers. Demographics, interests, preferences, habits, pain areas, and motives are all included in customer profiles.
The goal of creating customer personas is to understand the target audience better.
