Wireframing

Wireframing is the process of producing a visual blueprint or skeleton depiction of a website, app, or user interface before the real design and development work begins. It is usually a low-fidelity, black-and-white or grayscale depiction that focuses on the interface’s organization, structure, and operation rather than individual design components or visual aesthetics.

Designers and stakeholders may use wireframes to envision and plan the user experience (UX) and interface flow, allowing them to make educated decisions regarding the layout, navigation, and content placement. They serve as an important communication tool for designers, developers, and clients, ensuring that everyone engaged in the project has a shared idea of the product’s structure and functioning prior to spending time and money in the detailed design and development stages.
